Our facility is kept at a temperate 68 degrees (forced air heat), with humidity of approximately 50%. We have had customers who have stored their items here for a number of years (while out of state or country), and upon their return, have found their keepsakes have remained in pristine condition.

Our manager's not only live on site, but in the same building your goods are stored in. This, combined with surveillance cameras and an electronic security system, assure our clientele the best security possible.

We never charge a set-up fee or require a damage deposit, and we rent on a month-to-month basis. Upon moving in, our client pays for one full month. The second month is prorated, in accordance with the date the client entered into their rental agreement. The client's final month is not prorated.

We offer competitive pricing, and the price you're quoted is the price you pay.

Our clients need to provide their own locks.

We accept personal check, cashiers check, money order or cash for payment. For your convenience, we also accept Discover, Master Card or VISA.
